Modify cloud providers

Unisphere uses PowerMax Cloud Mobility functionality to enable you to move snapshots off the storage system and on to the cloud.

About this task

This procedure explains how to modify a cloud provider.

Steps

  1. Select a storage system.
  2. Select System > Cloud.
    The Cloud Mobility Dashboard is displayed.
  3. Click Cloud Providers.
  4. Select the cloud provider that you want to modify.
  5. Click Modify.
  6. In the Modify a Cloud Provider dialog, edit one or more of the available fields.
  7. Do one of the following:
    • Click Run Now to perform the operation now.
    • Expand Run Now and click Add to Job List to add this task to the job list, from which you can schedule or run the task at your convenience. For more information, see Schedule jobs and Preview jobs.
